First responders and their families carry repeated trauma and stress. Ranchito de la Redención is building a dedicated place to decompress, reconnect, and rebuild resilience.
First responders experience repeated trauma, operational stress, and emotional fatigue. Over time, that burden affects relationships, sleep, physical health, and overall wellbeing.
911 Outreach exists to create safe, supportive environments where responders and their families can reconnect, process, and rebuild strength.
We focus on practical support, peer connection, and restorative environments — not clinical bureaucracy.
If you or someone you know is in crisis, call or text 988 for immediate support.
You are not alone.
Welcome to Ranchito de la Redención
Ranchito de la Redencion
Ranchito de la Redención is a long-term initiative to create a dedicated, stigma-free environment where first responders and their families can step away from daily stress and reconnect in a safe, restorative setting.
This project includes:
Outdoor gathering spaces
Structured retreat programming
Peer-led discussion
Family reconnection opportunities
Phase 1 is infrastructure: safe road access, drainage, a drilled well, and on-site water storage. Without access and water, nothing else can happen.
